With the COVID-19 situation rapidly developing we have taken the decision to temporarily close our Irlam site with immediate effect. Our website, is still fully operational. You can call at any time and we will do our best to service your needs.
Difficult times test us, push us to be proactive and make us strong. We are not taking the COVID-19 situation lightly and we are not going to take risks that compromise our community and staff. The continued focus on delivering an exceptional level of service while being responsible for our actions is driving us forward and we are committed to catering for your needs while paying a close eye on the bigger, global situation.
Our showroom therefore is now temporarily closed, with stringent measures put in place to ensure all customers collecting cars and our staff are able to visit and work in a safe environment. From an increased amount of hand sanitizer to operating with a reduction in the size of the team, we are doing everything within government recommendations and as our responsibility as a retailer to be reactive but also level headed. Is Optima Cars still operating?
Our showroom is closed however we are happy to still quote and will be in a position to do this from home, we can also at your request offer a FaceTime call in order to view a car from afar. It goes without saying but should you be exhibiting Coronavirus symptoms we would ask you to refrain from visiting our showroom in any way shape or form, however please feel free to use our website and you can still call us.
